Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-06-10.

What we collect

• Paid customers: email, billing address (collected by Dodo Payments, not us), and an opaque customer ID.
• Per-request: timestamps, the tool name called, and aggregate counters (number of calls per month). We do not store the content of your tool arguments or responses.
• Cloudflare: as our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare may log IP addresses and request metadata per their privacy policy.

What we don't collect

• The content of your queries or responses. Tool arguments are processed in-memory and discarded after the response.
• Cookies (we don't use any).
• Third-party analytics scripts on any of our pages.

What we share

• Dodo Payments processes your card and handles tax compliance as our merchant of record.
• Cloudflare hosts the Workers and stores key records in KV.
• Upstream APIs (SEC EDGAR, openFDA, etc.) receive your query as a forwarded HTTP request from our Worker. We do not pass your identity to them.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of all data we hold about you at any time by emailing prakshatechnologies@gmail.com, or by calling GET /account/export on any product with your Bearer key for an immediate machine-readable export. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days. EU/UK residents have full GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights.
