Effective 2026-06-10. Praksha Technologies (the "Operator") provides the MCP services listed at this site's homepage (the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
Each MCP is a hosted JSON-RPC endpoint that wraps a public third-party data source. We do not warrant the accuracy or availability of upstream data. The Services are provided "as is".
You may use the free tier without an account, subject to the published quotas (typically 50–500 calls/month per product). We may rate-limit, throttle, or revoke free-tier access at any time, especially to prevent abuse.
Paid subscriptions are billed via Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) on a recurring monthly basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
You agree not to: (a) abuse the free tier via key rotation or distributed sourcing, (b) attempt to overwhelm the Services with traffic beyond your tier's rate limits, (c) use the Services to violate any law, (d) attempt to access other users' data or API keys, (e) resell access without written permission.
The Services aggregate third-party data (SEC EDGAR, openFDA, RxNorm, etc.). We are not affiliated with those sources and do not guarantee their accuracy. Do not rely on these Services for medical, legal, financial, or regulatory decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is less.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance.
