GET /account on the product's endpoint with Authorization: Bearer <key> — the response tells you the key's tier, status, and remaining quota."I paid but didn't get an API key": include the Dodo transaction ID (find it in the receipt email), the product slug, and the timestamp of payment.
"A tool is returning wrong data": include the exact tool name, arguments, and the response you saw. We forward most errors to the upstream maintainer when applicable.
"I want to cancel": use the Dodo customer portal link returned from GET /account's portal_url field — self-service, immediate.
