Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep service until the period ends; you are not charged for the next month.
If you cancel within 7 days of a new subscription, email prakshatechnologies@gmail.com with your transaction ID and we will refund the most recent payment.
If our service was down for > 24 consecutive hours during your billing period, email us with the transaction ID and we'll refund the affected month (or extend service equivalently — your choice).
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Bank processing can take 5–10 business days. We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or alternative methods.
